How SMS Support Verification Works

Support PINs can only be used by authorized Ducky Software representatives or Customer Experience Affiliates. This process ensures both your identity and the agent's identity are verified before any account actions are taken.

Step 1

You receive an SMS

An authorized Ducky Software representative or Customer Experience Affiliate will send you an SMS from our official number: +1 (228) 220-8300. This message contains a 6-character support code.

Step 2

Verify the sender

Before proceeding, confirm the SMS came from our official outbound number. If it came from any other number, do not continue — end the call immediately.

Step 3

Enter the support code

Enter the 6-character code from the SMS into the verification form. This confirms the agent's identity and links them to your session.

Step 4

Share your Support PIN

Once verified, a temporary Support PIN is generated. Share only this PIN with the agent. It auto-refreshes every 90 seconds and expires when you end the session.

Step 5

Never share your Recovery PIN

Your Recovery PIN is for emergency account recovery only. No legitimate agent will ever ask for it. If someone does, end the session immediately.

Step 6

When in doubt, close the session

If anything feels off — wrong number, pressure to share information, or unfamiliar requests — close the session immediately. You can always reach us through official channels.

🚨 If you suspect fraud or an unauthorized contact, end the call and report it to us through your Mailbox in My Account and/or send to: fraud@ducky.software.
